Refund Policy

ommogle Pro is a digital-only subscription product. This page describes when and how to request a refund.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund of any new ommogle Pro subscription charge within 14 days of the original purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ommogle → Cancel.
  • Web (Paddle): use the cancellation link in your Paddle order email, or email us and we'll cancel on your behalf.

How to request a refund

  • iOS purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not receive your payment details and cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
  • Web purchases (via Paddle): email hello@ommogle.com with the email address you used at checkout and your Paddle order receipt. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What is not refundable

  • Charges older than 14 days, except where local consumer law requires otherwise (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal — already covered above).
  • Pro access already used during the billing period — i.e. we don't pro-rate down to the day if you cancel mid-cycle.
  • Disputes filed as chargebacks before contacting us. Please email us first; chargebacks may result in your ommogle account being locked for fraud review.
